Yvonne rejoined Mercer in 2013 after six years out of the consulting industry working in head of reward/performance/talent roles. She spent three years in the Middle East and a further three back in Europe. In her previous role in Mercer, Yvonne was the Head of the International Consulting Group, London. In her current role as Innovation Leader, Mercer Europe, Yvonne works across all lines of business to help develop Mercer’s design and innovation culture.

As part of the leadership team in Mercer Europe, Yvonne is working on specific ways to develop and grow into new and innovative areas of consulting with clients. One example is exploring the ageing population and demographic challenges, and how these macro trends will impact on workforce planning and costs.
