Lige Leng is working as an associate professor in the Department of Clinical Medicine at Xiamen University.  Before joining Xiamen University, Leng worked as a medical doctort at Beijing Tiantan Hospital and chief resident at Beijing Neurosurgical Institute.

He published 17 articles in peer reviewed journals and holds a PhD from Capital Medical University.
