KHL Foundation

Experimental rejuvenation research

KHL Foundation is a Panamanian organisation founded by Kenneth Scott and Helga Sands to accelerate access to experimental rejuvenation therapies, particularly for people over 60 experiencing age-related physical and cognitive decline.

The foundation collaborates with scientists, physicians and biotechnology developers to explore treatments aimed at restoring lost biological function rather than simply extending lifespan.

Its approach follows the DAMA framework: Develop, Apply, Monitor and Adapt, using observations from human applications to inform further research and development.

One of its initiatives is the Rejuvenation Cocktail, an experimental three-gene therapy combining Follistatin, Klotho and SIRT1, developed with Patrick Sewell and Triple Helix Science. The foundation also supports experimental human treatments involving partial cellular reprogramming factors.

KHL's work focuses on translating emerging longevity research into practical applications. However, its early human observations are preliminary, and the safety and effectiveness of these interventions have not been established through controlled clinical trials.
